We booked A1 limosine as recommended by a family member living in Chicago. We were a group flying into O'Hare for a wedding. They were responsive and picked us up promptly. Jay the driver was so nice and helped with the luggage and getting onto the bus. We also had him pick us up for the return trip to the airport. He arrived on time and we got to the airport quickly. Simply overpriced and the driver took a call to negotiate a future ride while I was in the car…not professional to hear him haggle about price on speaker phone. UPDATE - the ride he says I am confused about was for a sprinter van from Itasca to Milwaukee…don’t accuse a customer of falsifying information when they know full well what you did. To all reading…make sure you use the other A1 Limo in the Chicago suburbs…far more professional and better pricing!!

I had a great experience with A1limousine and buses in Chicago, we rented a sprinter Limo for my daughter 21st birthday and everything went smoothly. Jay was very helpful with the reservation process. Our driver Tom was friendly & professional. The sprinter Limousine was very comfortable and clean for our group of 12 I would definitely recommend using them.
